The task of a graphologist is to give an opinion whether a candidate’s personality is suitable for a particular position or to select the best fit among all applicants. Graphological advice is usually sought when hiring new employees or in the cases of staff reassignment, but may also be considered for the purpose of assisting outplacement activities. Clients of graphologists are company owners∕personnel managers as well as HR consultants.
